ABOUT THIS COURSE
Cardio-Kickboxing & Box-Fit Training is a high energy, explosive, exciting and motivating way to train – your club or freelance class will greatly benefit from offering this exercise programme. The CPD Award in Cardio-Kickboxing & Box-Fit Instruction is a non-contact fitness programme based on professional kickboxing, karate and boxing disciplines, training concepts and coaching guidelines. A typical Cardio-Kickboxing & Box-Fit class can last up to sixty minutes and include a wide range of martial art and boxing moves which can be mixed with traditional aerobic and resistance-based exercises. Classes can also be team or circuit based and involve the use of kick bags, focus pads, medicine balls and skipping ropes. The CPD Award in Cardio-Kickboxing & Box-Fit Instruction is designed for the fitness instructor or personal trainer with little or no experience in the world of martial arts or boxing and will focus on the fundamentals necessary to be able to teach a safe and effective programme of training based on popular martial art and boxing disciplines.
Entry Requirements:
Applicants must hold a framework aligned qualification in gym instruction, group fitness instruction or personal training.

What our students say
Don’t just take our word! Hear what our students have to say about our courses!
I honestly didn’t think I’d ever go back to studying, but it was actually very manageable. George and Allison know their stuff inside out. Now I'm working part-time in a local gym and starting to build my own client base. The confidence it gave me was great.
Emma K.
Took the Strength & Conditioning course after qualifying as a PT, and it was a serious step up. Covered way more detail than I expected, especially around periodisation and coaching. Was able to apply it straight away with the lads I train.
Collin Byrne
I already had a sports science degree but needed a specific massage qualification to get insured and start seeing clients properly. The course was exactly what I needed. Honestly, it filled gaps I didn’t realise were missing from my degree. Delighted I did it.
