CPD Award in Bootcamp Circuit Training
If you want to further enhance your fitness qualification and open new areas of training, look no further than the CPD Award in Bootcamp Circuit Training from the National Sports College.
What is Bootcamp Circuit Training?
Bootcamp Circuit Training is basically a type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) — bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. A boot camp workout also can include functional fitness, such as using whole-body, multijoint exercises that simulate movements people do in life – all under the guidance and motivation of a Bootcamp Instructor!
Bootcamp circuits can be performed both inside and outside, using a range of equipment mixed with bodyweight exercises. This training day will cover a range of training layouts and tools that will benefit and enhance your circuit training class.
PREVIOUS QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Recognised Fitness Instructor Qualification.
